Income & Expense Tracking

Pulls transactions from credit card accounts, savings & checking accounts, mortgage accounts, etc across most banks in the USA and Canada. Your bank credentials aren't stored on our server as Cashonplex is integrated with leading financial API providers used by big consumer apps like Venmo, Robinhood, etc for safe and secure operation. No transaction is missed as you will be notified about every deposit or withdrawal that is posted to your account. Classify transactions with prebuilt tags and assign them to an asset and a unit ( for multifamily homes ).

Portfolio Performance & Statements

Portfolio financial performance metrics such as cash flow over time, cash on cash return, cap rate, etc are available with the builtin portfolio dashboard. Pulls market value of asset from Zestimate ( provided by Zillow ). Statements are not just static PDF files, they're interactive and it updates as your search through it. Typing in "Utilities" in your cash flow statement or income statement will update the statement to show only payments made towards utility bills.

Leases

Manage tenant leases and get alerted to renew them on time. Keep track of last month rents and security deposits. Total unpaid rent is available in the lease table and clicking on it will open the rent report saving you lot of time figuring out how much a tenant owes you every month.

Cashonplex is a prepaid subscription service. As a member of Cashonplex you will be automatically charged on the 25th of every month after the free trial period. You will be charged a base fee of $7/month to track upto 7 units and each additional unit after that will be charged at $0.90/month per unit. For examples:

1. Tracking between 1 and 7 units - you pay $7/month
2. Tracking 8 units - you pay $7.90/month (base fee of $7 plus $0.90 for the 8th unit)
3. Tracking 9 units - you pay $8.80/month (base fee of $7 plus $1.80 for the 8th and 9th unit) and so on ...

Pricing

Cashonplex is 100% free to try for 2 months - no credit card required. If you like it after 2 months then you can enter a credit card and pay for it then. If you decide it's not for you then no big deal...your account can be deactivated. Remember, Cashonplex is a tax deductible expense too, which means the real cost can be up to 35% less.
